• At least 10 years in software, automation or data engineering with production ownership.
• Proven production solutions with Claude and related tools.
• Experience designing end‑to‑end agentic workflows.
• Strong Python and data workflow automation experience.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Power Automate and Microsoft Graph.
• Ability to set technical standards and build reusable components.
• Strong English communication and global collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting.
• Own AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing impact and risk reduction.
• Guide cross‑functional teams on AI use within the function’s services.
• Establish safe, consistent AI adoption practices across the program.
• Define verification and escalation conditions for agent outputs.
• Set engineering standards for AI usage, prompts and data handling.
• Advise leadership on when AI is appropriate and on cost/risk tradeoffs.
• Evaluate AI tooling developments and introduce valuable capabilities.
• Build resilient, auditable automation with secure credential management.
• Collaborate with IT and InfoSec to secure approval and ongoing support.
