Intercom is seeking a founding Fin Demo Engineer to own the demo platform and supporting tooling. You will empower Solutions Engineers with multi-tenant demo environments, seed data, and reusable blocks, enabling fast, reliable AI-powered demos across channels.

You’ll work with product, PMM, and Enablement to build simulations, training materials, and go‑to‑market demos, while shaping the future of AI‑first customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building software in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands‑on AI/LLM product experience and practical model limits understanding.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript frontend and a backend language (Ruby/Go/Python).
• Experience with SDKs, wrappers, and developer-facing APIs (RESTful).
• Proficiency with agent tooling like Claude Code or similar.
• Strong design sense for demo quality and storytelling that closes deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end: multi-tenant environments, seeded data, and infrastructure.
• Build first-class demo features into Fin so SEs can quickly spin up and tailor demos.
• Use AI to research prospects and auto-configure demos for verticals.
• Create templates and scripting hooks to help SEs work faster and safely.
