Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, build scalable multi-agent systems, and drive advanced memory strategies including RAG and semantic search.

The role requires an advanced degree and 10+ years in software engineering and AI, with hands-on experience across AI frontier models, context management, and modern DevOps.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/CS/Math required.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG, semantic chunking and search.
• Build replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead and mentor the Knowledge/Data team on AI projects.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to ensure practical outcomes.
• Present at conferences and contribute to IP filings.
