Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabric for enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping scalable AI solutions and overseeing memory, context, and multi-agent integration.

The role requires an advanced degree and 10+ years in software engineering and AI, with hands-on experience in AI frontier models, memory architectures, and modern development tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in E.E., CS or Math.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
