Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise-scale AI. You will lead a team of AI Architects, guiding multi-agent memory design, RAG, and context systems across complex use cases.

You will drive architecture decisions, collaborate with security, data, and infrastructure teams, and mentor Knowledge/Data professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficient in scripting/programming languages (Python, Bash; Go, Rust, Java).

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG, semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for cross-system use.
