Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping multi-agent systems with advanced memory patterns and context management, including RAG, semantic chunking, and distributed inference.

The role requires deep expertise in AI pre/post training, model synthesis, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/CS/Math required.
• 10+ years software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficient with AI-native software tools and code assistance.
• Familiar with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages like Go, Rust, Java.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarking.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead AI native design processes and mentor team members.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Support business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
• Lead experts in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
