Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive memory strategy across multi-agent systems, context design, and advanced inference optimization.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams while contributing to IP filings and industry conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Electrical Eng, CS or Math.
• 10+ years software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures against AI evals and benchmarks.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI Architects and mentor team members.
• Explore emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
