Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive multi-agent system design, RAG, semantic chunking, and advanced inference pipelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in relevant fields.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash and systems languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design processes and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluation criteria.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI native design processes and mentor team members.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development; present at academic conferences and file IPs.
