Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced mechanical/technical education preferred (certificate or college degree).
• Customer service experience in a mechanically oriented environment (diesel hydraulics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department activities to maximize scheduling and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with store management to ensure smooth workflow for service staff.
• Identify needs, challenges, and provide direction; implement contingency plans for service excellence.
• Address escalated issues and advise senior management as needed.
• Evaluate staff performance and participate in planning and budgeting processes.
