Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners in Kansas seeks a Service Manager to oversee the Service Department’s safe, efficient, and profitable operation. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a team of service staff to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance for agriculture equipment.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years in service operations with management experience, and strong communication, planning, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in service department operations; management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; clean MVR; background check and drug screen will be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors Service Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruits, hires, and develops service department staff; fosters teamwork and high morale.
• Develops employee development plans through evaluations, coaching, and training to boost performance.
• Coordinates customer clinics, field days, and related promotional events.
• Reviews work orders for completeness before billing and ensures tools and vehicles are in good order.
