Oversee the daily insurance sales operations to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
Identify gaps in coverage for existing policyholders and recommend appropriate solutions that provide true peace of mind.
Cultivate and grow our local client base through thoughtful networking and community engagement.
Mentor and guide newer agents, sharing your expertise to help them refine their sales techniques.
Review complex risk profiles and help clients navigate their options with transparency and ease.
Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with all state insurance regulations.
Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or driving sales growth.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital document workflows.
Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
Local knowledge of the Staunton area and surrounding communities.
Ability to mentor junior staff and oversee daily office operations.
