Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect with families and businesses in the Lynchburg community.
Analyze existing client portfolios to identify coverage gaps and offer proactive protection solutions.
Mentor junior agents by sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback on sales techniques.
Lead agency initiatives to improve client retention and overall satisfaction through consistent, thoughtful engagement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy modifications to ensure full compliance.
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to refine our approach to service and business growth.
Current Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Virginia.
At least three years of experience managing insurance sales cycles and client accounts.
Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation workflows.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in clear, simple language.
Active local community involvement or residency in the Lynchburg area.
Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members.
