Job summary

Serco is seeking an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to support the Navy's DDG 51 program from our Washington, DC area location. You will lead development and execution of the TEMP, test strategies, and funding for each phase, collaborating with PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, and NAVSEA centers.

The role requires 8 years of AEGIS experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful OT&E and fleet introduction.

Qualifications

• Must have active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the T&E program for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Coordinate across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Review test plans, budgets, and schedules for T&E activities.
• Provide expert guidance on T&E strategy and implementation.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and technical reports.
