Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to support the US Navy's DDG 51 program at the Washington, D.C. location. You will develop and execute the TEMP, test strategies, and funding needs for each phase.

You will lead SPY capability discussions, coordinate across PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, and NAVSEA, and ensure proper test and evaluation plans align with ORD/CDD and TEMP requirements.

Qualifications

• 8 years of AEGIS experience.
• Experience leading projects across design, integration, development, test, certification, or delivery of surface combatant ships and/or components.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and technical discussion on SPY capabilities and maintenance for all AEGIS baselines in service.
• Be fluent in interoperability between various software developments in support of AEGIS baselines.
• Lead the execution of the Test & Evaluation program for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations (PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, NAVSEA Centers).
