Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to support the Navy’s DDG 51 program at our Washington, D.C. location. You will develop TEMP, test strategies and funding for each phase, and coordinate across government and industry partners to ensure mission success.

The role requires active security clearance, US citizenship, and extensive AEGIS experience. Travel ~10% and strong leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance obtainable.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and technical discussions on SPY capabilities and maintenance for AEGIS baselines in service.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations including PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, COMOPTEVFOR and NAVSEA.
• Lead the Test & Evaluation program execution for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Review test plans and budgets; provide technical recommendations and guidance.
