Serco Inc. in the Washington, DC area is seeking an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to support the Navy's DDG 51 program.

You will develop and execute the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), including test strategies, plans and funding for each phase, collaborating across PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, NAVSEA, and other centers. The role requires 8 years of AEGIS experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and the ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance to safeguard national

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship is required for the role.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 8 years of AEGIS experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead the management and technical discussion on SPY capabilities and maintenance for all AEGIS baselines in service.
• Be fluent in interoperability between various software developments in support of AEGIS baselines in the fleet and in development.
• Recommend pathways for correction of technical and tactical concerns of the DDG51 suite (AEGIS experience required).
• Lead the execution of the Test and Evaluation (T&E) program for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations, including PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, COMOPTEVFOR and NAVSEA groups.
• Serve as a recognized expert on test and evaluation strategy and implementation plans.
