Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to support the US Navy's DDG 51 program at the Washington, DC area. You will develop and execute the TEMP, craft test strategies, and coordinate funding needs for each phase of the program.

The position requires extensive AEGIS experience, an Active Secret Clearance, and strong communication to coordinate across multiple organizations. Travel up to 10% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain one.
• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Experience coordinating design, integration, development, test and delivery of complex systems.
• Ability to prepare and evaluate technical documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and technical discussions on SPY capabilities and maintenance for AEGIS baselines.
• Coordinate interoperability efforts between software developments for AEGIS fleets.
• Direct test and evaluation strategy and implementation plans for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and costs for T&E activities and events.
• Represent the organization at technical meetings and working groups.
