Job summary

K Group Companies in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician Level II to lead installation teams and drive successful project execution. You will configure and program devices, oversee system commissioning, and deliver customer training at a basic operations level.

Applicants should have leadership experience, strong communication, and a background in electrical and security systems. Local travel and on-site work are expected as part of our operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a construction trade.
• Knowledge of high/low voltage electricity (AC/DC).
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Valid US Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute Level 1 installer roles following our documentation to uphold high installation standards.
• Lead installation teams and delegate tasks within team capabilities.
• Mentor Level 1 installers and seek feedback for improvement.
• Establish communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
• Perform FAT and system commissioning to ensure quality and performance.
