Responsible for managing training roadmaps, overseeing content quality, and ensuring alignment with performance metrics, the position also provides leadership development and coaching to associates. The role champions effective communication, compliance, and innovation to enhance learning experiences and support Walmart's commitment to excellence and operational success.
About the team:
The team leads the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions for Walmart Store associates. They collaborate closely with business partners to assess needs, develop scalable learning strategies, and implement effective training programs. Emphasizing continuous improvement, the team evaluates learning outcomes and refines strategies to align with evolving business goals. Members apply instructional design principles and project management skills to create engaging experiences across formats. This group fosters strong stakeholder relationships and ensures compliance with standards, driving operational excellence and supporting associate development through innovative and learner-centric approaches.
