Job summary

MeBe Family in California provides evidence-based ABA therapies for children with autism across home, clinic, and community settings. Program Supervisors develop and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, and supervise behavior technicians under BCBA supervision, with caseloads tailored to competency and company needs.

This role requires Active RBT Certification and eligibility for BCBA/BCaBA, plus travel to multiple sites; strong emphasis on accuracy, compassion, and collaborative parent

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and eligibility for BCBA-type credentials.
• 1+ years direct ABA intervention with children with ASD.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research in ASD.
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland III, Essentials for Living, PDD-BI.
• Design and submit comprehensive treatment plans including skill acquisition and BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs in implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide direct services under solo practitioner or BCBA supervision on two-tiered cases.
• Design and implement parent training programs and curricula (RUBI, Project Impact).
• Ensure client authorization utilization requirements are met.
• Attend monthly clinic meetings.
• Limit non-billable supervisory duties to 2 hours per every 10 hours of billable work.
