Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in California to lead evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism. This role includes supervising RBTs, training families, and ensuring data-driven treatment adjustments, with a focus on outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs.
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including DTT, NET, and VB.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff with ongoing training and feedback.
• Analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams for consistency across settings.
• Provide parent training and support to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
