Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed BCBA to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across diverse settings in California. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with SLPs and OTs to coordinate care.

This full-time role offers flexible settings (telehealth, clinic, home, or school) to match your preferred working style while delivering high-quality care to patients across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years ABA clinical experience including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design, implement, and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methodologies.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services to patients as clinically indicated.
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and analysis; adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates in BACB guidelines.
• Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Conduct regular session observations and ensure fidelity to plans.
