Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical programs, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and clinic settings in Southern California. The role emphasizes data-driven progress monitoring, FBA/BIP development, and adherence to BACB standards and payer guidelines.

You will lead supervision, program quality, and interdisciplinary collaboration while supporting caregivers and staff to deliver client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or clinical experience in ABA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc.).
• Participate in staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
