Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a BCBA to lead supervision and management of center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will guide treatment teams, ensure quality care, and collaborate with parents and providers to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include program oversight, staff training, and coordinating with insurers. A state license or BCBA certification is required, with experience in in-home or clinic settings and a strong commitment to professional

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed and meet state requirements.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Ongoing professional development and supportive team environment.
• CE credits reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services: assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care align with state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning with parents.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Supervise others to develop supervisees’ skills and certification readiness.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Handle administrative tasks: reports, insurance reviews, funding forms.
