Alongside ABA seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality treatment across home, school, and clinic settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, monitor data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Lead clinical oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing supervision per BACB standards.
• Monitor data collection and progress; collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc.).
• Participate in staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
