Job summary

All Care Therapies is a provider of ABA services delivering care through telehealth, in-home, and clinic-based settings. The BCBA role designs and oversees ABA programs for individuals across the lifespan, aligning with BACB standards and a patient-centered mission.

The position requires active BCBA certification, a master's degree in a related field, and at least two years of ABA clinical experience with supervision.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs for patients of all ages.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB standards.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain HIPAA/compliance.
