Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise ABA treatment plans for patients across homes and centers in North Carolina. This role requires BCBA certification or LPA licensure, a Master’s degree, and at least two years of related experience to guide a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers on plans.
  • Conduct regular supervision via in-person or telehealth sessions.
  • Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed per plans.
  • Liaise between technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
  • Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
  • Track patient progress and present updates at meetings.
  • Create progress reports and IEP goals with support from leadership.
  • Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant admin records; other duties as assigned.
