Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with families across home and clinic settings. The role includes training caregivers, ensuring treatment fidelity, and managing progress reports with HIPAA-compliant records.

Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and at least two years of related experience. Travel to multiple sites and relocation could be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and caregivers.
• Conduct supervision visits in person or via telehealth.
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Prepare progress reports and IEP-related goals.
• Communicate updates to the ABA team and caregivers.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings as required.
• Travel between job sites as needed.
