Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Monroe, NC to lead ABA treatment plan development, supervise Technicians, and coordinate care with families and providers. You will conduct supervision, train caregivers, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance across settings.

Master’s in psychology and BCBA certification are required, with at least 2 years of related experience. Travel between sites and a strong emphasis on quality patient outcomes are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients in-person or via telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Liaise between Technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
• Create reports, progress updates, IEP goals, and assessments with support from the Assistant Director.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain administrative tracking documents and HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
