Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise ABA treatment plan implementation across patients. You will train technicians and caregivers, monitor progress, and ensure clinical and documentation accuracy in collaboration with the team.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or related field with BCBA certification (or LPA licensure) and at least 2 years of related experience. Occasional travel to job sites may be required, with full benefits and relocation options available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients in caseload via in-person or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Act as a liaison between technicians, caregivers, and service providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present team updates.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative documents.
