Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead ABA treatment plan development and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians across home and center settings. You will implement, monitor, and adjust plans, train caregivers, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of related experience. The role involves travel between sites and a focus on patient progress and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA licensure through the Psychology Board.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Act as a liaison between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during team meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support from the Assistant Director.
• Attend patient IEP/placement meetings and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative tracking documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
