Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead ABA treatment programs across homes, centers, and community settings. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and caregivers, ensuring high-quality patient progress and adherence to plans.

You will train families, conduct telehealth sessions when needed, and report progress to leadership. A BCBA or LPA‑licensed professional will oversee compliance and ensure HIPAA guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and BCBA or LPA licensure to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience in ABA or behavior analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train technicians, family members, and caregivers on plans and implementation.
• Supervise patients in-person or via telehealth as appropriate.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and team for consistency.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed per treatment plans.
• Coordinate with technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Prepare six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
• Track patient progress and report during team meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support from leadership.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy compliance.
