Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise ABA treatment programs, delivering care across homes and clinics in Utah. You will oversee a team of Behavior Technicians, train families, and ensure adherence to treatment plans while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and at least two years of experience. Strong communication and data-driven practice are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field with BCBA or LPA licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Strong communication, observation, and data-tracking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers on plan implementation.
• Supervise patients via in-person sessions or telehealth as appropriate.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and the ABA team for consistency of care.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Prepare six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and administrative tracking.
