Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers in Greenville, SC. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and coordinate telehealth sessions when needed.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification (or LPA licensure), and a minimum of 2 years of related experience. You will travel between sites, work in homes and centers, and receive relocation support, a sign-on bonus,

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology or related field required.
BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure required.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
Conduct regular supervision of patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
Act as liaison between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during team meetings.
Timely creation of reports, including progress reports and IEP goals/assessments.
Attend patient IEP/placement meetings and ensure adherence to policies.
Maintain HIPAA compliance with administrative tracking documents.
