Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Behavioral Analyst to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients, supervising Behavior Technicians and caregivers while ensuring progress and compliance across care teams.

You will train staff, monitor outcomes, and communicate updates to families. The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or related field, BCBA certification, and 2+ years of related experience. Travel to various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients in-person or via telehealth as needed.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as required by treatment plans.
• Act as liaison between technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support from leadership.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy fidelity.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative tracking documents.
