Job summary

TEEMA Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead ABA treatment plans, supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers, and ensure patient progress.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification, 2+ years of experience, and willingness to travel between sites. You will document progress, prepare reports, and ensure HIPAA-compliant records. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification or LPA licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on plans and implementation.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients in person or via telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team to ensure consistency in care.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed per treatment plans.
• Coordinate between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
