Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Fort Atkinson, WI seeks a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician to oversee electrical infrastructure, NEC compliance, and high-availability automation within our modern packaging operations. You will lead the 2nd shift technical team, troubleshoot, install, and repair plant electrical systems, panels, and control circuits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Experience in highly regulated hygiene environments is a plus.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and control prints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead: primary 2nd shift technical authority for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plant electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Execute Active Logic Diagnostics: trace schematics to diagnose component failures and minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC & Code Compliance: perform repairs and upgrades per NEC guidelines.
• Maintain Master Documentation: log daily maintenance, complete PM workflows, update drawings.
• Manage Overhead Infrastructure: access and service overhead power distribution safely.
• Uphold Plant Safety & Sanitation: maintain 5S, allergen controls, and hygiene protocols.
