Zusammenfassung

Pacelabs is seeking a dedicated laboratory scientist to support development and validation of chromatographic methods and mass spectrometric assays for siRNA with GMP experience.

The role involves hands-on bench work with High-Resolution LC-MS, method development, impurity profiling strategies, and collaboration with internal and external teams to meet research timelines. Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM in Cambridge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a laboratory setting (GMP environment preferred).
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills; able to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with Agilent Q-ToF and MassHunter software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and other software is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Hands-on bench work using the High-Resolution LC-MS.
• Develop chromatographic methods (HPLC) and MS-based assays for siRNA analysis.
• Develop impurity profiling strategies for development candidates and raw materials.
• Author method development and qualification reports and SOPs for test methods.
• Evaluate suitability of new methods and assist with qualification/validation.
• Contribute data to lead candidate testing, stability monitoring, and regulatory filings.
• Apply advanced scientific principles to process and analytical development.
• Follow training to operate instruments and carry out analyses.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet timelines.
