Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Scientist to perform advanced analytical development with a focus on High-Resolution LC-MS, developing chromatographic and mass spectrometry methods for siRNA formulations and raw materials.

The role requires 2–4 years in a GMP laboratory and a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry or Biology, with a comprehensive benefits package and a full-time schedule from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of laboratory experience; GMP environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with LC-MS and HPLC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate High-Resolution LC-MS for analytical development.
• Develop and optimize chromatographic and MS-based methods.
• Support impurity profiling of siRNA, formulations and raw materials.
• Author method development reports and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet timelines.
