Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 2–4 years in a laboratory setting; GMP environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently; self-motivated and results driven.
• Experience with Agilent Q-ToF and MassHunter software preferred.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and related software.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on bench work with High-Resolution LC-MS instrumentation.
• Develop chromatographic methods (HPLC) and MS-based assays for identification, characterization, and impurity determination of siRNA.
• Develop impurity profiling strategies for development candidates and raw materials.
• Author method development and qualification reports and SOPs.
• Evaluate suitability of new methods and assist method qualification and validation.
• Contribute data to lead candidate testing, stability monitoring, OOS/deviation investigations and regulatory filings.
• Understand and apply advanced scientific principles to process and analytical development.
• Follow training to independently operate instruments and carry out analyses.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support project goals and timelines.
