PepGen, Inc. is seeking a Scientist II, Analytical Development to lead LC-MS and HPLC method development for peptides, PMOs, and PPMOs. This lab-based role collaborates with AD/QC and CMC teams to advance analytical capabilities and support regulatory filings.

You will design, execute and troubleshoot LC-MS experiments, interpret data, and contribute to process development and regulatory submissions in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field with 1+ years in analytical development or MS-based work.
• MS with >5 years relevant experience acceptable in lieu of PhD.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and MS (TOF/QTOF) required.

Mansioni

• Develop analytical methods for purity analysis and impurity characterization of small molecules, peptides, PMOs, and PPMOs.
• Provide analytical support for discovery, development, and comparability studies.
• Write/review analytical protocols and regulatory source documents.
