Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Bechtel's Zero Accident Philosophy, ES&H Handbook, and Safety Management Plan.
• Experience supervising field activities and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct hire unions and craft crews on the Laydown Facilities.
• Ensure work safety and adherence to project procedures.
• Monitor safety, quality and productivity of assigned craft.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel and subcontractors.
