Job summary

Bechtel is overseeing a major semiconductor plant project in New Albany, Ohio. In this role you will supervise planning, safety, quality, and technical activities, coordinating supervisors and craft professionals to align with established schedules and safe work methods.

Your leadership will drive site coordination, training and compliance across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring high standards of workmanship and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
• 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years total work experience.
• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Deep knowledge of ES&H requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing subcontract performance, commercial risks, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Cost, schedule and optimization of craft labor and maintaining the overall construction schedule.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and take action to correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Review craft time records using established tools.
• Ensure proper installation of materials and equipment per drawings and requirements.
• Enforce policies and procedures established by field construction management.
