Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge in construction planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience managing union craft direct-hire construction.
• Familiar with ES&H requirements and Bechtel's Core Processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crafts to align with schedules.
• Maintain 90-day and 3-week look-ahead labor and equipment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and Bechtel's Zero Accidents program.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for recruitment and training.
• Review craft time records and enforce field policies.
