Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and coordinate subcontract work and team development.
• Ensure tools, safety, and procedures align with project policies, schedules and budgets.
• Maintain craft labor cost and schedule, including look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate safety training with EHS Supervisor.
• Interface with labor/industrial relations for recruitment and training.
• Review time records and ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
