Job summary

You will supervise craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule control, field procurement, and finance, coordinating with Bechtel, subcontractors, and clients to deliver complex industrial programs.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13–15 years of relevant experience, or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large industrial project setup, system turnover and completion preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for a single project, coordinating Bechtel, subs, suppliers and clients.
• Act as primary client contact for field activities and supervise site personnel.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and finance across the site.
• Develop contract scopes, budgets, and negotiations.
• Ensure safety plans and quality procedures are implemented.
