Job summary

In this role, you will monitor and organize planning, safety, quality and technical activities across a complex project, coordinating with supervisors and craft professionals to ensure schedules, safe work methods, and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and optimization of craft labor and overall construction schedule.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week look-ahead plans for labor and equipment.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training with ES&H Supervisor.
• Champion the ZERO Accident Philosophy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor craft activities for compliance with specs and schedules.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for recruitment and training.
• Review craft time records using automated tools.
• Monitor installation of materials and equipment for conformance with drawings and specs.
• Enforce field policies and work rules.
