Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. This role monitors and organizes subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders involved, guiding the work to align with established schedules.

Your field supervision will ensure safe methods, proper coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and Bechtel staff, and timely execution of project milestones while maintaining budget and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of experience or 14-17 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Leadership of field professionals to deliver safe, coordinated construction execution.

Responsibilities

Oversee jobsite operations including Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and representatives.
Develop and implement construction schedules, staffing, and material/equipment requirements.
Control labor, equipment, material expenditures within area and ensure budget adherence.
Supervise personnel within area of responsibility and maintain client relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and QA/QC across disciplines.
Represent field with management and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
