Job summary

You will coordinate with subordinate supervisors and craft professionals to align work with schedules and ensure safe execution, supporting Bechtel’s mission and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–17 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and optimization of craft labor and maintaining the overall construction schedule.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and practices and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.
• Champion the ZERO Accident Philosophy and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Monitor craft activities for compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
• Review craft time records using established automated tools.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures and work rules.
