  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, and other Microsoft Office programs; quick learner of new software.
  • Ability to work independently or with colleagues; strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Admissions Office operations.
  • Greet visitors, answer inquiries and coordinate visits.
  • Maintain files and enter data; draft communications on supervisor's behalf.
  • Process P-Card/Concur reimbursements and assist with budget monitoring.
